I am trying to find out the status of my benefits claim that I submitted a few weeks ago. I sent the form off about 3 weeks ago now but I have not heard anything about it. They do say that no news is good news I suppose but I do not know whether this applies to benefits to be honest. I suppose I would have heard if there was a problem with the claim but I have not had any calls or letters from the office. I was told by someone I can do some sort of unemployment benefits check status online to see where a bout's it has got to. I just want confirmation that it is actually going through and that I do not need to submit any more documents or anything like that.
